By leveraging the modularity and flexibility of the SDVP, operations and engineering teams can swiftly deploy live video routes, maximizing the performance of 5G networks. Users gain access to Zixi Broadcasters via Zixi ZEN Master, providing comprehensive telemetry data on network, transport, intra-cloud delivery, and associated edge devices in the end-to-end workflow.
The partnership enables Verizon field sales to offer a comprehensive software-defined solution set, including Zixi Broadcaster, ZEN Master control plane, and Zixi Live Transcoding. This allows Verizon to extend the edge of its network, enabling Media & Entertainment clients to scale at compute, transmission, and operational levels.
