Amplify.ai, a Silicon Valley-based AI solutions provider, has joined hands with one of India’s news conglomerates, ABP News Network Pvt Ltd. (ANN). As per the strategic partnership, Amplify.ai has developed AI-powered chat assistants on Facebook Messenger, for multiple ANN Group subsidiaries. The solutions are live on its three social channels - ABP News, ABP Live, and ABP Majha, in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Commenting on the association, Kartik Walia, operations head - India, Amplify.ai, said, “The digital market is coming of age in India and with it, creating  opportunities at the intersection of messaging and social media. Indian users rely on social media for their daily fix of entertainment and news. Building on this development, we are delighted to join hands with ABP News Network to extend an evolved and streamlined AI-powered communication solution to its audience.”


The AI-driven chat assistants are enabling ANN Group’s content consumers to receive customised news content, along with helping them discover live news, regional news, stories around a particular topic, and receive daily updates via Facebook Messenger. Amplify.ai has yielded over one million subscribers within two months of going live on the mentioned channels.

Echoing a similar thought, Avinash Pandey, CEO, ABP News Network Pvt Ltd, added, "Our vision is to create an informed society which is aware about everything happening around them.
