While COVID-19 has understandably had an unprecedented impact on the world, there is some much-needed positive news to discuss amid the pandemic in relation to the growing demand for a range of entertainment services.

As a result, Netflix has seen an uptick in demand in many markets including the US and Disney+ has had a hugely successful launch in Europe, exceeding all expectations. BBC radio has also seen an 18% increase in listenership during the coronavirus crisis, whilst music streaming services from the likes of Spotify have seen user hours drop. Is this a reflection of the changes and disruption to a person's working day and family circumstances in the current lockdown?

Our Principal Analyst David Sidebottom will be joining the panel, alongside Richard Lindsay-Davies, for DTG's webcast, tomorrow at 2pm, to talk through the current transformation across the Entertainment industry.
