This award will be given to national distributors catering to Production and OTT. They need to have a well-established network of dealers spread across India and work with a wide range of vendors, which shows their operational breadth. This award will consider the overall service and support that the company has extended to its resellers, the network of its pre and post-sales support system, and its online capabilities. It will also consider the market development activities that the national distributor has undertaken that have given it an edge over its competition.
The finalisation of the awards will evaluate how proactively the national distributor came up with initiatives to help its channel partners boost their business and resolve any vendor issues, went the extra mile to support them during a challenging business situation, devised training programs to keep them, etc., from 1st September 2022 to 31st August 2023.
