Marianne Siproudhis, CEO, FranceTV Publicité, announced the appointment of Yasmina Azelmad (formerly of Fox Networks Group and Eurosport Group) as International MD, FranceTV Publicité. Azelmad will head the Sales and the International Marketing teams and will be responsible for generating international advertising revenue across all channels and digital media platforms for France Télévisions, France 24, MCD and TV5 Monde. She will also be in charge of cementing relationships with advertisers and the network’s partner agencies around the world.
Siproudhis said, “I am delighted to place the steering of the sales and international marketing teams in Yasmina’s capable hands. The quality of her network around the world and her commercial drive will be of great value in pursuing our international ambitions, and developing our activity on expanding overseas markets.”
Azelmad holds a Master’s degree in management and International Law from ISG Paris and a specialist post-graduate diploma (DESS) in International Business Law and Practice, supplemented by a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from the University of Sophia Antipolis. Prior to joining FranceTV Publicité, Yasmina held the position of director of Global Partnerships at Fox Networks Group for the French market and the French-speaking territories, after having founded and managed the Middle East, Africa and Turkey Unit for the Eurosport Group in France and UAE, with the opening of an office in Dubai.
