Video experience companies Accedo and Digiflare have announced plans to merge. Accedo was founded in 2004 by Michael Lantz and Fredrik Andersson and Toronto-based Digiflare was founded in 2008 by David George and Mano Kulasingam. Both companies have grown rapidly to become industry leaders known globally for delivering outstanding video experiences using innovative solutions and products. Collectively, they have helped build immersive video app experiences for hundreds of companies around the world

Michael Lantz will be the CEO of the merged company, which will remain under the Accedo brand, while Fredrik Andersson, David George and Mano Kulasingam will all take on senior leadership positions within the merged organisation.
